Plasma Cutting System
The plasma cutting system is really three cutting methods in one machine: high-definition plasma, standard plasma, and oxyfuel. It provides an 8' x 12' work envelope for very large parts. These three methods allow a wide range of material thicknesses, from 24 ga to 6".
High-Definition Plasma
For a laser-quality edge on parts up to 5/8" mild steel and 1/2" stainless steel, the high-definition plasma offers significantly faster cutting speeds than the laser.
Standard Plasma & Oxyfuel
For thicker materials, our standard plasma will cut up to 2" aluminum or stainless steel, and the oxyfuel cutter will cut up to 6" mild steel.
