Stainless steel rectangular flat bar, often referred to as "strip bar", "sheared bar stock", or “flat bar stock” is slit from a coil, sheared, and then edged or sawed. It is typically the most economical stainless flat shape and has a dull, grainy mill finish. Flat bars are widely used for all types of fabrication projects exposed to the elements. Cut2Size Metals offers Type 304 in full lengths or can be cut to size.

Alloys
304 Stainless SteelType 304 is the most commonly used stainless steel alloy. It stands out with its strong formability and excellent weldability. It can be easily roll-formed or bent to suit specific needs making it a top choice for various applications. 304 offers reliable corrosion resistance and performs well in both chemical and atmospheric conditions.

Finishes
